Blessed Sacrament Chapel
![]() |
This chapel is a place for private prayer and for the celebration of the Eucharist on weekdays. From here Communion is taken to the sick and dying. The Tabernacle (below left) which is used for the reservation of the Sacrament, is made of stainless steel to a design by John Alder, and reminds us that God lives among his people, the tent of dwelling pitched among us. The Ambulatory Screen around the chapel was made by the monks of Prinknash Abbey to a design by the architect Ronald Weeks. |
