Cathedral Toddlers group is run by Mums for other Mums
with babies and toddlers up to about 3 years of age. The group meets on a Thursday morning (9.45-11.30 am) in the Apostle Room under the Cathedral and continues to run during school holidays. We welcome all enquiries. Please call 0117-973 8411 or e mail: webmaster@cliftoncathedral.org.uk. The Cathedral secretary will then contact one of the current chairpersons. At times we do have a waiting list but this tends to be short. The room we meet in is large and impossible to escape from! We have lots of toys and activities. These include a craft table, a small slide, a trampoline, small bikes, books, toys for larger babies and a baby mat for the smallest babies to lie on to biff their baby arches. The craft table has a different activity every week. Often there is a seasonal theme. Juice and biscuits are available for the kids and coffee for the Mums. We do organise a couple of trips a year (e.g. visits by the Fire Engine or Police Horses) a Christmas party and a Carol service in the Cathedral. Apart from the children enjoying themselves we hope to give support to their Mums. I appreciated the group so much when as a new Mum I was looking for a safe place for my (in)famously energetic toddler to let off steam! We look forward to you contacting us.
